This shipping & delivery policy is part of our terms and conditions (“terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main terms:

Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

SHIPPING

Depending on your location we ship with either DHL Express or SF Express. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed in the chart below.

We offer complimentary free shipping on all orders above €300.00.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only. 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will not be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carries.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

RETURNS

We accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Additionally, you must notify our customer care team within 2 days / 48 hours upon receiving your order that you’d like to return your purchased items.

You may try the item(s) without causing any deterioration. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition: completely new, unworn, unwashed and with tags. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

We ask you kindly to ship the items as soon as you receive confirmation that we have approved your request. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number at:

After receiving a return form and your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the provided address.


Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (incl. import tax). We only accept insured packages with a tracking number.
In case additional charges are not covered, we will deduct the corresponding amount from your total refund. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, please follow the return process, and make a new purchase with the desired item(s). 

 

EXCEPTIONS

If you have a concern with a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service immediately, with your order number and images of the defective product.

We are not responsible for items that were damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully and thereby minimise any possible damage.
